Fire Stations
Station 1
Station 1 is located at the corner of West Genesee Street (Route 20) and Kane Avenue (Route 41A) in the Village of Skaneateles. The majority of our apparatus and crews run out of this station, supplemented by our two district stations. The station also houses the Communications Center. The Center is staffed 24 hours a day and handles the dispatching of information to the volunteer fire and ambulance departments, as well as the village police, highway, light and water crews.
Former Station 1
Former Station 1 is located at 26 Fennell Street in the Village of Skaneateles. Discussions are currently under way to consider creating a new joint Town/Village Government building on this site, together with a new police station.
Station 2
Station 2 is located on Coon Hill Road on the east side of Skaneateles Lake.
It houses Engine 21, as well as the emergency generator.
Station 3
Station 3 is located on State Route 359 in the Hamlet of Mandana.
This station is located on the west side of Skaneateles Lake
and houses Engine 31 as well as our antique 1951 Mack Engine 1.
